Web Designer & Landing Page Developer

Job Summary

We are hiring a Web Designer & Landing Page Developer to design, build, and launch high-converting landing pages and websites for our marketing clients.

This role combines WordPress & Elementor development, front-end skills (HTML/CSS), AI-powered design, copywriting, analytics implementation, and full technical website setup. You will be responsible for everything needed to launch a landing page — from design and copy to domain connection, hosting, SSL, SMTP, and analytics tracking.

This is a hands-on execution role working closely with our marketing team using provided templates, wireframes, and instructions.

Responsibilities

1. Website & Landing Page Development

• Build landing pages and websites using WordPress & Elementor
• Customize layouts using HTML and CSS
• Ensure pixel-perfect design and mobile responsiveness
• Optimize structure, speed, and usability
• Implement tracking scripts and required code snippets

2. Design & Digital Assets (AI + Design Tools)

• Create logos, hero images, banners, icons, and digital assets
• Use AI tools (DALL·E, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) to generate visuals
• Edit, enhance, and brand assets consistently
• Maintain a clean, modern design style across pages

3. Copywriting (Marketing-Focused)

• Write Google Ads headlines and descriptions
• Create special offers and promotional messaging
• Write landing page copy (headlines, CTAs, body text)
• Ensure copy is conversion-focused and aligned with campaign goals

4. Technical Website Setup

• Connect domains to hosting providers
• Manage DNS records (A, CNAME, TXT, MX)
• Install and troubleshoot SSL certificates (HTTPS)
• Set up SMTP/email delivery (WP Mail SMTP, SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.)
• Create and manage subdomains
• Ensure all forms and integrations work correctly

5. Analytics & Code Implementation

• Install and configure Google Analytics (GA4)
• Implement tracking scripts, pixels, and custom code snippets
• Verify analytics and tracking functionality
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of tracking issues

6. Ongoing Website Support

• Update existing pages and assets
• Fix layout, styling, or functionality issues
• Troubleshoot basic WordPress or hosting problems
• Maintain organized files and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong WordPress & Elementor experience
• Solid HTML & CSS knowledge
• Experience building landing pages and websites
• Comfortable creating logos and digital assets
• Experience using AI tools for design and content
• Strong copywriting skills for ads and landing pages
• Experience with:
• Hosting providers
• DNS management
• SSL / HTTPS
• SMTP setup
• Experience installing Google Analytics (GA4) and scripts
• Good English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Basic JavaScript
• Conversion rate optimization knowledge
• Google Ads or digital marketing experience
