Web Designer - Media Team

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a conversion-focused web designer who can turn ideas into high-performing digital experiences. If you love blending design with strategy to drive engagement and results, this is your chance to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive web pages optimized for conversion and user engagement.

Collaborate with media and marketing teams to integrate graphics, copy, and funnels seamlessly.

Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, HBS, and C++ to build dynamic, scalable experiences.

Implement best practices for UX, SEO, and performance tracking.

Apply new tools and frameworks as you learn them—immediately.

Ensure every design supports business goals and client success metrics.
