About the Role:
We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and create exceptional digital experiences for our [gaming/metaverse/software] products. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, visually stunning interfaces that users love.

Key Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints

User Experience:
Conduct user research and gather feedback
Map user journeys and optimize conversion flows
Implement accessibility and usability best practices
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers and developers
Present designs and articulate design decisions
Iterate based on user feedback and analytics
Stay updated with latest design trends and tools
Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills:
2-4 years of professional UI/UX design experience
Expert proficiency in Figma (primary tool)
Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Experience with responsive and adaptive design
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (for better dev handoff)

Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Detail-oriented with excellent time management
Open to feedback and collaborative problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for Unity-based applications or game UI
Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions
Knowledge of design tools: Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
Understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
Experience with design systems like Material Design or custom frameworks
Portfolio showcasing SaaS, gaming, or metaverse projects
