Web Designer / Web Developer (3+ Years Experience, Remote, US Shift)

About the Role

Microstax Technologies is looking for an experienced Web Designer / Web Developer who is passionate about building modern, high-performing websites. You will work on diverse projects, ranging from custom websites to CMS-based builds, funnels, and CRM integrations. If you’re a problem-solver who enjoys working with new tools and technologies, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and optimize web pages, funnels, and CRM-integrated websites.
• Experiment with and adapt to new tools and AI-powered platforms.
• Collaborate with a remote team, communicate clearly, and ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve performance and functionality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a web designer/developer.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow and WordPress (must-have).
• Understanding of CMS platforms, CRMs, and funnel-building concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (night shifts IST).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies (AI tools, no-code platforms, etc.).
