Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to
join our team. The ideal candidate should be an expert in WordPress and other
design tools, capable of crafting visually stunning, professional, and user-
friendly website layouts that align with client requirements. Strong graphic
design skills are essential, as well as the ability to translate designs into fully
functional WordPress or Shopify websites.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design pixel-perfect, visually compelling, and user-friendly website
layouts using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
-Create stunning and professional graphic designs, illustrations, and UI
components that enhance website aesthetics.
-Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes in Figma to effectively
communicate design ideas.
-Convert approved designs into responsive WordPress or Shopify
websites.
-Customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet project requirements.
-Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
-Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to modern UI/UX
principles.
-Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to
execute web projects seamlessly.
-Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure a flawless user
experience.
-Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies.

Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in web design and development.
-Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools, with a
strong portfolio showcasing professional web designs.Knowledge of WordPress and/or Shopify, including theme customization
and page builders.
-Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
principles.
-Proven expertise in graphic design, with experience in creating engaging
visuals, icons, and illustrations.
-Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and the ability to craft
intuitive user interfaces.
-Become familiar with SEO principles and website optimization
techniques.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with WooCommerce.
-Knowledge of advanced graphic design tools such as Photoshop or
Illustrator.
-Prior experience working in an agency or freelance setting.
