Web Designer & WordPress/Framer Developer

About the Role

AllThings+ Business Hub is a U.S.–based company in an early building and development stage.

We are looking for a Web Designer & WordPress/Framer Developer with strong ecommerce and backend awareness who can build structured, performance-focused websites aligned with modern U.S. standards.

This role requires both technical capability and strong implementation of branding systems. You will be responsible for building and managing business and ecommerce websites while ensuring security, performance, and usability standards are maintained.

You must be able to work independently, execute efficiently, and collaborate smoothly with marketing and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage complete business and ecommerce websites using WordPress, WooCommerce, Framer, Wix, or similar platforms
  • Configure and manage backend ecommerce functionality including products, payments, shipping, taxes, and integrations
  • Customize themes using Elementor, Divi, or structured modifications
  • Handle hosting setup, domain management, and deployment processes
  • Ensure website security, performance optimization, and stability
  • Troubleshoot technical, integration, and performance issues
  • Structure websites properly for SEO foundations
  • Design responsive layouts and ensure clean mobile optimization
  • Work with Figma files and implement branding systems accurately
  • Maintain brand consistency across website and digital assets
  • Organize website content, structure, and user flow for clarity and usability
  • Manage multiple projects with deadlines
  • Coordinate efficiently with marketing and operations team members

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience building business and ecommerce websites
  • Strong WordPress and WooCommerce experience
  • Backend understanding including databases, integrations, and ecommerce logic
  • Strong API integration experience
  • Experience configuring payment gateways and third party services
  • Custom WordPress modifications or plugin adjustments
  • Security awareness and ability to implement best practices
  • Hosting and deployment awareness
  • Ability to work with Figma and follow structured branding systems
  • English fluency written and verbal with strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and execute efficiently with ownership mindset

Modern Stack and AI Requirements

  • Experience using AI tools to improve development speed, automation, or content workflows
  • Understanding of modern website standards and performance optimization
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms
  • Ability to connect websites with CRMs, email systems, or internal automation flows

Nice to Have

  • Branding experience (logo, guidelines)
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce (optional)
  • VPS or cloud hosting exposure
  • Advanced technical SEO implementation
  • DevOps workflow awareness
