Job DescripƟon: UI/UX Web Designer (HTML Conversion Specialist)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Web Designer who can create modern website layouts and

convert them into clean, responsive HTML/CSS pages. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye

for design, good understanding of user experience, and the ability to transform Figma/PSD mockups

into pixel-perfect web pages. This role does not require frontend programming (React, Angular,

Node.js).

Key ResponsibiliƟes

 Design clean, modern, and user-friendly website layouts and landing pages.

 Convert UI/UX designs (Figma/PSD/XD/Sketch) into responsive HTML/CSS.

 Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy, consistent spacing, and visual alignment with the design.

 Build reusable HTML templates using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind.

 OpƟmize pages for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compaƟbility.

 Use design best pracƟces including color theory, typography, layout, and hierarchy.

 Collaborate with designers and backend teams to ensure smooth implementaƟon.

 Maintain UI elements, design systems, and asset libraries.

Required Skills

 Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap (or Tailwind).

 Ability to convert Figma/PSD/XD designs into responsive web pages.

 Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.

 Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch. Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch. typography, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
 Basic understanding of UX flows and wireframes.
 Detail-oriented with a focus on pixel-perfect execuƟon.
Nice-to-Have Skills
 Basic JavaScript for simple UI interacƟons (opƟonal).
 Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
 Ability to prepare images, SVGs, icons, and web assets.
Experience
 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design and HTML/CSS-based website development.
 Porƞolio showcasing website designs + HTML conversions is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,316.64 per month
