Web Designer/Developer Required

We are a multi-brand D2C company scaling across beauty, fashion, and lifestyle categories. Our growth depends on seamless, high-performing e‑commerce experiences. We’re seeking a Web Designer/Developer who specializes in building and optimizing e‑commerce platforms that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.

Role Overview

You will lead the design and development of e‑commerce websites and storefronts, ensuring they are visually compelling, technically robust, and optimized for sales. This role blends creative design with hands-on development, requiring expertise in platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive e‑commerce websites aligned with brand identity and customer journey.

• Implement and customize e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).

• Integrate payment gateways, shipping modules, loyalty programs, and third-party apps.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create conversion-focused landing pages and campaigns.

• Optimize site performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness for maximum reach and sales.

• Conduct A/B testing, analytics tracking, and continuous UX improvements.

• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce web design and development.

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and plug-in/module development.

• Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4), and CRO best practices.

• Strong portfolio showcasing e‑commerce projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with headless commerce and PWA (Progressive Web Apps).

• Knowledge of back-end technologies (PHP, Node.js, Python).

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM integrations

• Understanding of UX/UI design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
