Web Developer

MEDICLO is a growing eco-conscious apparel brand redefining medical wear with sustainable scrubs, lab coats, and lifestyle essentials. Our mission is to create high-quality products with a low environmental impact, and our digital storefront is at the heart of our customer experience.

We’re seeking a Web Developer with deep Shopify expertise to support, optimize, and scale our e-commerce site. You’ll handle everything from front-end design improvements to back-end troubleshooting, ensuring that our website is fast, functional, and delivers a seamless shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

• Optimize and maintain our Shopify store (performance, speed, UX).
• Troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues with code-level problem solving.
• Build and customize Shopify Liquid templates, sections, and apps.
• Enhance user experience with interactive features (size guides, bundles, comparison tools).
• Implement SEO and site speed best practices.
• Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to bring brand vision to life.
• Integrate and manage third-party apps (Klaviyo, analytics, funding dashboards, etc.).

Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, React/Next.js a plus).
• Proven Shopify development experience (custom themes, app integrations, troubleshooting).
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices for e-commerce.
• Experience with site performance optimization and SEO fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Bonus: Experience in sustainable fashion, lifestyle, or eco-conscious e-commerce.
