Web Developer

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Author to create, update, and maintain digital content across multiple content management systems (CMS), with a primary focus on Sitecore and WordPress. This role partners with development, content, and marketing teams to deliver accurate, consistent, and engaging web experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Build and edit web pages, forms, banners, and other components within Sitecore, WordPress, and additional CMS platforms.
• Follow established web content guidelines, brand standards, and best practices.
• Ensure all content remains accurate, relevant, accessible, and current.
• Test and review pages for functionality, quality, and WCAG accessibility compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and meet user needs.
• Execute field-requested website updates and promptly resolve content issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot errors or inconsistencies in web content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in web design, web development, digital communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of web authoring or CMS experience; Sitecore and WordPress expertise strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with additional web content management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and SEO best practices preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
