Web Developer

As the Web Developer within the Marketing Department, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining marketing-focused websites and landing pages. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure our digital presence aligns with branding, messaging, and campaign goals. This position requires a unique blend of front-end web development, WordPress management, graphic design, and marketing know-how.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing websites and landing pages using WordPress and custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript as needed.
• Design and update website layouts, banners, and visual assets to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices, A/B testing, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Ensure website performance, speed, and responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
• Manage website content updates, blog posts, and integrations with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics).
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Assist in creating digital assets such as infographics, social media graphics, and email templates.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in related fields
• 2+ years of experience in web development with a strong marketing focus.
• Proficient in WordPress (theme customization, plugins, and CMS management).
• Solid understanding of front-end web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP (basic).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or other graphic design tools.
• Understanding of SEO, website analytics, and basic digital marketing principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate creative concepts into functional web experiences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
