**Web Designer / WordPress**

StilliAds Media & Marketing Company is seeking a proactive and creative **Web Designer / WordPress Developer** to join our dynamic team in Cochin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and visually appealing websites on **WordPress**. You’ll work closely with our digital marketing and content teams to ensure websites are aligned with client branding, optimized for performance, and capable of driving engagement and conversions. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and an understanding of UX/UI principles to deliver high-quality web solutions.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Design, develop, and maintain **WordPress websites** that are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with client branding.

* Customize themes, templates, and plugins to meet project requirements.

* Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to implement engaging layouts, visuals, and functionality.

* Ensure websites are **SEO-friendly, fast-loading, and mobile-optimized**.

* Perform regular website updates, backups, and troubleshooting of technical issues.

* Assist in creating landing pages, banners, and other web graphics as required.

* Conduct **website testing, performance analysis, and UX improvements**.

* Maintain documentation for website development, plugins, and project updates.

### **Required Skills & Competencies**

* Strong knowledge of **WordPress**, including themes, plugins, and page builders like Elementor.

* Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript**.

* Good eye for **UI/UX design, layout, and visual aesthetics**.

* Understanding of **SEO best practices** for website optimization.

* Ability to work collaboratively with digital marketing and content teams.

* Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

### **Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)**

* Experience with **PHP or custom WordPress development**.

* Familiarity with **graphic design tools** like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

* Knowledge of **website analytics tools** such as Google Analytics.

* Basic understanding of **digital marketing and lead generation concepts**.

### **Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Web Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field**.

* Portfolio of previous **WordPress websites or web projects** is required for shortlisting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
