About the Role

As a Web Developer at RixDigi, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications that support our products, clients, and internal operations. You will work across both backend and frontend technologies, contributing to scalable APIs, interactive user interfaces, and secure, high-performance systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using PHP, Python, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and optimize backend systems, REST APIs, database interactions, and server-side logic.
• Implement clean, scalable, and secure code for both new features and existing platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to bring features to life.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and automation tools.
• Ensure applications are cross-browser compatible, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance.
• Maintain code quality through testing, debugging, and version control best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development trends.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting project deadlines.

What We’re Looking ForTechnical Skills

• Strong experience in PHP (Laravel / Core PHP) and Python (Django / Flask).
• Solid understanding of Frontend Development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap or modern JS frameworks.
• Strong foundation in Backend Development, including APIs, authentication, and server-side architecture.
• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and deployment processes.
• Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and clean code guidelines.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, learning mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
