Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and self-driven App / Website Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, the ability to develop responsive websites and mobile apps, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital solutions. You will work closely with our product, design, and operations teams to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications (Android/iOS) and web applications
• Build responsive and user-friendly website interfaces using modern frameworks
• Maintain and update existing apps and websites as per business requirements
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and backend services
• Debug and troubleshoot issues related to performance, UI/UX, and functionality
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
• Prepare documentation for development processes, features, and releases
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• With great knowledge in AI tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
• Proven experience as a Website Developer / App Developer
• Strong command of:
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular
• Backend: Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar
• Mobile App: Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift
• Experience in AI tools
• Experience with database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus
• Knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub)
• Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience integrating payment gateways, CRM, automation tools
• Understanding of app publishing on Play Store / App Store
• Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Glide, Bubble, Webflow (optional)
