General Objective

We are seeking a talented Web Developer to design, build, and maintain the institute's website and online learning platforms, focusing on user experience, responsive design (HTML/CSS/JS), integrating student management systems (SMS), optimizing for speed/SEO, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and potentially developing APIs for features like course booking or progress tracking, collaborating with designers and trainers to create an effective digital learning environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Create intuitive, visually appealing layouts (UI) using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Angular).
• Responsive & Mobile-Friendly: Ensure websites work perfectly on desktops, tablets, and phones.
• Backend Integration: Connect with databases and third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, LMS APIs).
• Performance & Security: Optimize site speed, functionality, and protect user data.
• Collaboration: Work with designers, instructors, and management to meet technical and educational goals.
• Maintenance & Updates: Regularly update content, fix bugs, and stay current with web trends.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Frameworks: (e.g., React, Node.js).
• Tools: Version control (Git), CMS (WordPress).
• Concepts: UI/UX, SEO, Responsive Design, API Integration, Security.
