Web Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and websites. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with experience in modern frameworks, databases, and deployment tools. The Web Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and scalable solutions, utilizing best practices in software development and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using low code tools like Xano, WeWeb, and SendGrid
• Additional understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, and Bootstrap is a plus.
• Design user interfaces and user flows that enhance UX.
• Build robust back-end systems using frameworks in Xano and integrate with WeWeb, SendGrid and other third-party web services.
• Manage Xano database ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement DevOps practices.
• Maintain system architecture with proper server configuration.
• Write clean, scalable logic and perform unit testing to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX architects to translate wireframes into functional interfaces; optimize websites for SEO and responsiveness across devices.
• Use internal project management tools to track progress and coordinate tasks effectively.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry best practices to continually improve development processes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of system architecture principles and experience deploying applications.
• Familiarity with databases, specifically Xano.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design & development; experience with GraphQL is desirable.
• Ability to develop responsive web designs that are user-friendly across various devices; knowledge of UX/UI best practices is essential.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred; relevant certifications in web development or cloud platforms are a plus. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
