Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented web developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with designers and team members to implement UI/UX designs
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites for functionality and performance
• Update website content and improve site speed and security
• Fix bugs and improve application performance
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in web development
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Basic understanding of Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS
• Familiarity with PHP / Python / Node.js (any one preferred)
• Knowledge of MySQL / MongoDB is a plus
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS is an advantage
• Basic understanding of Git/version control
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Understanding of SEO-friendly coding practices
• Basic knowledge of web hosting and domain management
