Web Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Web Developer (Entry to Mid-Level) to design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications. The role requires hands-on involvement in the full development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing and deployment. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and contribute actively to improving performance, usability, and overall user experience.

Location: I-9/3 Islamabad

Work Hours: 6PM-3AM

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications using modern web technologies
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Implement new features and improve existing functionality
• Ensure website responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and other developers to deliver quality solutions
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 6 months - 2 years of experience in web development (entry to mid-level)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic backend concepts
• Familiarity with frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, or similar) is a plus
• Understanding of responsive design and web performance optimization
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
