Web Developer

About the Role

We are a dynamic real estate company looking for a highly skilled and fast-paced Web Developer who can do it all. We need a technical innovator who can build websites from A to Z, develop custom AI agents/chatbots, and seamlessly integrate marketing tools to drive our business forward.

You will not just be coding; you will be developing the digital infrastructure that generates leads and automates our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Cycle Web Development (A to Z)

Design, develop, and deploy high-performance real estate websites and landing pages from scratch.

Manage both Front-end (UI/UX, responsiveness) and Back-end (databases, server logic) architecture.

Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast, and SEO-optimized.

Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring 99.9% uptime and security.

2. AI, Chatbots & Innovation

Develop and integrate AI Agents and custom Chatbots (using OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar) to automate customer support and qualify leads.

Build internal tools or apps to streamline real estate operations.

Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing new AI features and technologies rapidly.

3. Marketing & Analytics Integration

Connect landing pages with Facebook (Meta) Pixel, Google Pixel, and Google Analytics 4 for accurate ad tracking.

Ensure seamless data flow between the website and our CRM system.

Troubleshoot tracking issues to ensure marketing accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

Language: Must be fluent in Arabic and English (Written and Spoken).

Experience: Proven experience in Full Stack Development (portfolio required).

Technical Stack:

Proficiency in modern web languages (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular for frontend; Node.js, Python, or PHP for backend).

Experience with Database management (SQL/NoSQL).

Mobile App development skills (Flutter or React Native) are a strong plus.

AI Knowledge: Experience working with LLMs, AI APIs, and building conversational agents.

Speed & Accuracy: Ability to execute tasks quickly without sacrificing quality. Attention to detail is critical.

Learning Agility: Must be able to learn new frameworks, APIs, and tools independently and fast.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.

Problem-solving mindset: You don't just find bugs; you implement permanent solutions.

Self-starter who works well under pressure in a sales-driven environment.
