Web Developer

We are seeking a motivated Web Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. You will primarily build and customize WordPress websites, create responsive designs using HTML and CSS, and handle front-end development. In some projects, you may work with Java-based integrations or back-end services. This role offers great learning opportunities in modern web development with real client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and WooCommerce stores
• Convert PSD/Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages using HTML
• CSS (including Flexbox, Grid, and responsive techniques)
• Write clean, semantic HTML5 markup and modern CSS3 stylesheets for cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design
• Customize WordPress themes and develop child themes using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Integrate front-end with back-end APIs (REST) or occasionally Java-based services / microservices
• Perform bug fixes, performance optimization (speed, SEO basics), and cross-device testing
• Update and maintain existing websites built on WordPress
• Collaborate with designers and senior developers; participate in code reviews
• Document code changes and follow version control best practices

• 1–2 years of experience in web development
• Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 (mandatory – responsive design, media queries, animations)
• Hands-on experience with WordPress (theme customization, plugin usage/modification, basic custom development)
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and jQuery (commonly used in WordPress)
• Familiarity with Git (GitHub/GitLab) for version control
• Basic knowledge of Java (for understanding back-end integrations, APIs, or Java-based CMS/extensions – even if not primary coding)
• Experience converting designs to live sites and ensuring cross-browser compatibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
