Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to design, build, maintain, and improve our websites and digital platforms.

The role supports company websites, editorial content platforms, event pages, landing pages, campaign microsites, and other digital projects. The ideal candidate should be able to build responsive, user-friendly websites, troubleshoot technical issues, improve performance, and work closely with design, editorial, marketing, and events teams.

This position is suitable for someone who can balance clean development, practical problem-solving, and fast execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain company websites, landing pages, and web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Work with design, editorial, marketing, and event teams on digital projects.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and usability.
• Troubleshoot bugs, technical errors, layout issues, plugin conflicts, and system problems.
• Manage CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems.
• Integrate APIs, forms, tracking tools, analytics, payment gateways, CRM tools, and other third-party platforms when needed.
• Support digital requirements for events, campaigns, registrations, content publishing, and online promotions.
• Maintain website security, backups, updates, and general technical health.
• Test websites across browsers and devices before publishing.
• Organize website assets, documentation, access details, and project files properly.
• Stay updated on web standards, UX/UI practices, and relevant development tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, Front-End Developer, Back-End Developer, or Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, website structure, and mobile-first design.
• Experience working on editorial, media, event, corporate, or campaign-related websites is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and solve problems independently.
• Good understanding of website speed, SEO basics, analytics, tracking, and performance optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PHP, MySQL, React, Vue, Laravel, or other modern web technologies.
• Experience with Elementor, custom WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders.
• Knowledge of hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, backups, and server basics.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and SEO tools.
• Basic understanding of web accessibility and technical SEO.
• Experience building event registration pages, microsites, landing pages, and digital content platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, email marketing tools, and automation platforms.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
