We are looking for a results-driven Web Developer & Ads Specialist to manage both website performance and paid advertising campaigns for multiple client accounts.
This role combines technical web development, landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and paid media execution. The ideal candidate understands how to build high-converting websites and generate qualified leads through Google and Meta advertising.
You should be comfortable working across website platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Development & Landing Pages
- Build, maintain, and optimize websites and landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
- Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, UX, and Core Web Vitals.
- Create and optimize lead forms, booking flows, CTAs, and conversion funnels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website security and stability.
- Work with platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or custom-coded websites.
- Implement integrations with CRMs, analytics tools, and third-party platforms.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad testing.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets, creatives, and targeting.
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Track CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
Tracking & Analytics
- Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Ensure accurate tracking for forms, calls, purchases, and bookings.
- Create monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze website and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web development and digital advertising.
- Strong experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of landing pages, UX, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setup.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
