Bizrahmed is a well-established medical centre in Dubai with multiple global branches in London and KSA. We have over 25 years' experience within the cosmetic industry, working alongside world renowned plastic surgeons and doctors. We offer various services from hair transplants, cosmetic procedures as well as a number of Dermalogica service.

Now we are expanding our diverse team of professionals and are looking for an experienced Website designer & developer to join our team.

Job role:

For this position we're looking for someone who has extensive experience with conceptualising and implementing creative ideas and graphics designs for our company websites and landing pages. We’re looking for someone who is confident with creating and designing engaging layouts for our websites, web pages and landing pages as well as maintain and up keep our company websites and applications to ensure ease of use for our patients.

Job responsibilities:

As a Website designer & developer you will be responsible for;

• Designing, developing, and maintaining websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies (WordPress)
• Developing and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring they are responsive, visually appealing, and optimized for performance.
• Working with page builders such as Elementor, WP Bakery, Divi, or Beaver Builder to create dynamic and flexible content layouts.
• Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free code. Optimizing website performance, including page load speed, caching, and overall user experience.
• Collaborating with designers and other developers to translate design mock-ups into functional WordPress websites.
• Create visually appealing graphic designs for web pages, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials.
• Creating visually stunning graphics for marketing campaigns and other promotional materials
• Collaborating with marketing and content teams to create website and marketing materials that are aligned with the brand's overall look and feel.
• Identify and resolve issues and bugs, optimize performance, and propose effective solutions.
• Utilizing the WPML translation plugin to provide multilingual support for websites.
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for WordPress websites, including updating plugins, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing website performance.
• Ensuring website optimization for maximum speed and scalability
• Staying up to date with emerging web technologies and design trends

Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal Website designer & developer should have:

·       Experience with designing and developing HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT and other wed development technologies.

·       Previous experience with developing and maintaining websites.

·       Experience using Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator and other visual design tools.

·       Experience carrying out audits and conducting thorough tests and debugging practices to check the efficiency of the websites, software’s and programs which are being used internally.

·       Optimising websites to maximise speed and scalability.

·       Experience creating graphic designs for web pages, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials.

·       Extensive knowledge on market trends and best practices.

·       Experience with carrying out maintenance and support for WordPress websites, including updating plugins, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing website performance.

·       Experience with creating marketing campaigns and other promotional materials.

·       Excellent visual design skills

·       Creative and open to new ideas

·       Good understanding of content management systems

·       Good understanding of SEO principles

·       Adaptive and willing to learn new techniques

·       Excellent communication skills

·       At least 2 years’ experience working as a Website designer and developer
