About the role

This role is vital to strengthening Zed Capital’s digital ecosystem. By managing both the website and CRM workflow, the Web Developer + CRM Admin ensures seamless lead management, improved user experience, and efficient automations that directly support sales teams and overall business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain company websites in line with business requirements.
2. Ensure websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversion.
3. Manage CRM setup, configuration, and daily updates to support lead tracking and reporting.
4. Integrate CRM systems with company website and marketing tools to streamline data flow.
5. Implement Zapier or similar automation tools for workflow optimization.
6. Optimize desktop and mobile performance for speed, SEO, and scalability.
7. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify UX/UI improvements and translate business needs into functional solutions.

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Web developer/CRM Administrator in UAE.
3. Strong experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, APIs, and responsive design.
4. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) including setup, automation, and reporting.
5. Experience with SQL/MySQL databases.
6. Knowledge of PHP or similar server-side frameworks.
7. Solid understanding of website architecture, UI/UX, and digital funnels.
