Web Developer-Full Stack

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to build, update, and manage websites for multiple businesses across different industries, including a print shop, a private office of motor vehicles business, and the company's brand. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in website design, development, and ongoing site management, with the ability to deliver user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional websites that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Website Development:

• Create a brand-new website for a print shop, ensuring a professional design, intuitive navigation, and e-commerce readiness if necessary.
• Create a website for a private office of motor vehicles business, focusing on streamlined service information, customer appointment booking, and compliance with state requirements.

Website Management & Updates:

• Update and manage the existing Ship Happens site to maintain functionality, improve design, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and optimise for speed, security, and SEO.

Design & Branding:

• Align website design with each business's branding and marketing goals.
• Ensure all websites are mobile-friendly and responsive.

Technical Maintenance:

• Manage hosting, domains, and email integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues quickly.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with management to gather requirements and translate them into effective web solutions.
• Provide recommendations for improvements, new features, and digital marketing integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, forms, chat support)

Must Haves

• Proven experience in web development and management.
• Proficiency in platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and site optimisation.
• Experience with integrating payment gateways, booking systems, and contact forms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Job Timings: On-site evening night shift following US CST
• Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
