Web Developer - Full Stack

About Role:

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites, web applications, and backend systems. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable system performance, data security, and user-friendly digital experiences across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and system enhancements.
• Ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal website performance through regular monitoring and maintenance.
• Manage web hosting environments, including cloud deployments and server configurations.
• Maintain routine backups, conduct restoration drills, and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Integrate APIs and automate data transfer between systems such as ERP, Power BI, and other tools.
• Optimize website speed, SEO performance, and user interface for better accessibility.
• Support software implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of system architecture, processes, and code repositories.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in web development or a similar role

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Python, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, React, or Vue.js) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, or similar) and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with PowerBI as plus.
• Understanding of database management, security best practices, and backup strategies.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
