WEB DEVELOPER & GRAPHIC DESIGN IN REAL ESTATE

We’re seeking a skilled WEB DEVELOPER & SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT with 2+ year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market. You’ll manage and execute campaigns across social media, SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and website content to drive brand visibility and lead generation.

The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and confident in building effective digital strategies that deliver results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow community interaction

Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
• Track and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI
• Implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility

Website & Content Management

• Update and manage website content for SEO and user experience
• Write/edit blog posts, property listings, and landing pages
• Monitor site performance and suggest improvements

Strategy & Research

• Stay updated on digital marketing and real estate trends
• Develop creative strategies to boost brand awareness and lead generation
• Align marketing efforts with sales objectives

Requirements:

• 2+ year of digital marketing experience in Dubai’s real estate sector
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing
• Familiarity with WordPress, basic HTML a plus
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking abilities
