Web Developer (Native English speaker)

We are a US-based software agency seeking a skilled Web Developer with advanced English proficiency (near-native or native level) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is technically strong, communicates clearly with US clients, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance websites
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver custom web solutions
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Participate in client meetings and clearly communicate technical concepts in English
• Meet project deadlines and maintain high quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Developer
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with modern frameworks/libraries (React, Vue, Angular, or similar) is a plus
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar) is a plus
• Experience with Git/version control
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) — must be able to communicate confidently with US clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
