Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and WooCommerce.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and payment gateways.
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers for front-end implementation.
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to standard architecture.
• Perform unit testing and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Manage source control, versioning, and deployment across environments.
• Ensure data security, scalability, and compliance with standards.
• Participate in code reviews and team knowledge-sharing.
• Stay updated with technology stacks and industry practices.
• Handle customer demonstrations and technical discussions when needed.

Work Experience

• 2–5 years of proven experience in WordPress and web application development.
• Strong expertise in eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce).

Required Skills

• Languages & Frameworks: PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, React.js, REST API, AJAX.
• WordPress Expertise: Theme & plugin development, Gutenberg blocks, WooCommerce setup & optimization.
• Database & Backend: MySQL (queries, migrations, optimization).
• Version Control & Tools: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Composer, WP-CLI, Docker.
• DevOps & Hosting: Apache/Nginx, cPanel, SSH, CI/CD pipelines.
• Security & Performance: SSL, HTTPS, firewall setup, caching, CDN, vulnerability scanning.
• Other Tools: ACF, Elementor/Divi, SEO tools, Payment gateway integrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
