Web Development Executive

Position: Web Development Executive

Classification: Full-Time Salaried Position

Reports To: VP of SEO

Location: 2680 N. Pacific Hwy., Medford, OR 97501

Start Date: TBD

Position Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for web development & content creation for both clients & JUGGERNAUT’s internal strategies. Candidates will also contribute to other miscellaneous marketing initiatives. Client contracts include monthly retainer work and occasional one-off projects.

  • Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-perform all web development & web design work.
  • Following our proprietary processes; develop to completion, templated WordPress websites using our pre-built themes and SEO structures.
  • Fixing bugs on client websites as needed.
  • Execute IT tasks as needed: MX records, domain transfers, DNS tasks, etc.
  • Publishing new monthly SEO optimized pages to ongoing retainer client websites.
  • Publish company updates, new pages and new content to www.gojuggernaut.com
  • Communicate schedule and timeline confirmations and changes when they are necessary.
  • Provide miscellaneous support to the agency as requested.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess strong computer skills and be proficient with WordPress.
  • Shopify, BigCommerce, custom coding and other platform development experience is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams is required.
  • Ability and willingness to follow strict processes and not deviate from our proven formulas.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Our #1 priority is always retainer clients. Unless we are working on an emergency, when pre-paid retainer clients request something, we service them. #2 priority is new business.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Salary: $45,000 - $75,000/year DOE
  • Employer will pay an additional salary of $300 a month to help with employee’s health insurance costs (employee will be responsible for their own insurance)
  • Employer will pay an additional salary of $100 a month to help with employee’s cell phone plan and bill (employee will be responsible for their own cell phone bill)
  • Monthly management and production bonus incentives available
  • Profit sharing is available to all employees when the agency has a profitable month
  • Pay schedule: Bi-weekly
  • 10 days of paid vacation per year
  • 5 paid sick days per year
  • 7 paid holidays per year; your birthday, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our office is also closed from December 25th - January 1st.
  • This is a full-time, in-house Monday - Friday position
  • Work hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm with a one hour lunch break
