We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT & Web Development Specialist to oversee our company’s technology infrastructure and digital presence. This dynamic role blends IT support, web development, SEO optimization, and email system management — ensuring seamless IT operations and a strong, high-performing online footprint.

Key Responsibilities - IT Support & Maintenance

• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and network security across systems.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement timely resolutions.
• Ensure regular data backups, antivirus updates, and cybersecurity measures.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related purchases, licenses, and maintenance services.

Web Development & SEO Optimization

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites, handling both front-end and back-end tasks.
• Update website content, visuals, and functionality to align with business goals.
• Optimize website performance and search visibility through SEO best practices.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Analyze and improve website traffic using Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools.
• Ensure all websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible.

Email & Server Management

• Set up and manage mail servers, domains, and DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Configure and maintain business email systems (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cPanel, etc.).
• Troubleshoot email delivery issues and manage spam and security filters.
• Monitor server performance, uptime, and security to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support and web development.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google tools (Analytics, Search Console), and website optimization.
• Hands-on experience with mail servers and email configuration (IMAP/SMTP).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Experience managing servers, domains, and hosting environments.
• Solid understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as React or Laravel, and design tools like Photoshop or Canva.
• Experience with cloud and hosting platforms (AWS, cPanel, Cloudflare, etc.).
