We are looking to hire the second Web Development Manager to lead and oversee our development team. The role requires managing developer queries in a timely manner and ensuring smooth and on-time delivery of projects. This position is ideal for candidates with Intermediate or University qualifications who can manage teams effectively, monitor progress, and maintain project quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily tasks of the development team.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of website development projects.
• Handle developer and project queries promptly and provide solutions or escalate when needed.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays effectively.
• Ensure all client requirements and quality standards are met.
• Maintain professionalism and discipline within the development team.

Time: Commit to a 9-hour workday (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
