Web & Ecommerce Designer (Digital/Web Production & Graphic Design)
Overview
We’re looking for a Web & Ecommerce Developer with a strong foundation in digital design and hands on experience managing and developing ecommerce platforms. This role focuses on Shopify and BigCommerce production, webpage builds, site updates, UX execution, and maintaining a clean, high performing web presence across multiple brands.
You’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and updating webpages and product experiences, mobile responsiveness, clean layouts, and visually consistent brand representation. This is a technical production role first that is focused on site structure, page creation, graphic design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, supported by strong design instincts.
Your work will create the visual materials that own how our brands are experienced and seen in our ecommerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, update, and optimize Shopify and BigCommerce product pages, landing pages, collection layouts, homepage modules, and promotional blocks.
- Manage website content deployment, including banners, graphics, UI components, and seasonal updates.
- Troubleshoot HTML/CSS formatting, layout issues, mobile responsiveness, and general website display inconsistencies.
- Improve ecommerce performance by optimizing image delivery, page speed, and mobile UX.
- Translate marketing campaigns into fully developed web executions across Shopify, BigCommerce, email, and digital channels.
- Conduct basic UX updates, ensuring clear navigation, consistent UI patterns, and cohesive branding across all site elements.
- Manage digital asset organization for fast web publishing (folders, naming, versioning).
- Build and format email templates in Mailchimp or HTML, ensuring proper hosting, responsive design, and functional CTA paths.
- Design high-impact graphics, layouts and marketing materials for print and digital use, including catalogs, flyers, sell sheets, social assets, promo materials and more.
- Support product launches with web deliverables, including PDP updates, specs tables, visual assets, and SEO-friendly structure.
- Maintain consistency in site-wide typography, spacing, imagery, and layout systems.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Ops teams to execute fast website updates on tight timelines.
- Support dealers and partners with web-ready graphics, product blocks, and cobranded digital assets.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Shopify, BigCommerce, or ecommerce web production.
- Expert in Shopify page creation, theme modifications, collection management, and homepage updates.
- Strong working knowledge of BigCommerce category/page structure, asset uploads, module formatting, and content deployment.
- Solid experience with HTML and CSS for layout adjustments, styling, and troubleshooting display/spacing issues.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for preparing web-optimized assets.
- Experience optimizing web graphics for page speed, mobile rendering, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with Zapier, Mailchimp, and other workflow tools used for automation and content deployment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in layout accuracy, consistency, and content structure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment where web updates, marketing initiatives, and product launches overlap.
- Comfortable with firearms/2A lifestyle; bonus for outdoor/hunting/tactical industry familiarity.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.51 - $30.73 per hour
