Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Web Experience Manager to lead digital initiatives, optimize user journeys, and ensure our online platforms deliver exceptional customer engagement. This role requires expertise in web design, UX/UI, and digital marketing, combined with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to enhance online customer engagement.
• UX/UI Optimization: Oversee design and usability improvements across web platforms.
• Content Management: Coordinate digital content creation and ensure brand consistency.
• Analytics & Insights: Monitor performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and recommend improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and design teams to align digital initiatives.
• Innovation: Introduce new tools, technologies, and creative solutions to elevate user experience.
• Project Management: Lead digital projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in web experience management, UX/UI, or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging digital experiences in multicultural environments, ideally within the GCC.
