Jeronone Technologies is a web design & development company specialising in eCommerce, website solutions, and offshore teams.
We are looking for a motivated Webflow Developer to join our team, helping build and maintain responsive websites with high visual impact and strong performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and customise websites using Webflow, including setting up CMS, interactions, animations, responsive breakpoints.
• Convert design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) into Webflow sites.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content editors, and developers to deliver websites.
• Ensure websites are fully responsive, performant, SEO‑friendly and cross‑browser compatible.
• Maintain and update existing Webflow sites, implement enhancements, fix bugs.
• Work closely with project managers to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Document site structures, workflows, and best practices for team use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent).
• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience working with Webflow
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Webflow CMS, Webflow Interactions, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to translate design files into functional Webflow sites.
• Good attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and user‑focus.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Mohali, Punjab, in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Desired / Plus Points

• Experience with eCommerce websites, especially on platforms like Shopify.
• Knowledge of basic SEO, performance optimisation, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with version control (Git) or working with back‑end integrations (APIs).
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) and ability to work with design hand‑offs.
• Experience working with clients or handling small project modules independently.
