Web Frontend developer

Role Objective

We are looking for a motivated Frontend Developer to join our engineering team. You will be

responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with within a web

application. You should be capable of translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual code

that will produce visual elements of the application.

Key Responsibilities

● UI Implementation: Develop functional and appealing web features based on

usability standards.

● Responsive Design: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize

applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices (Mobile,

Tablet, Desktop).

● Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to bridge the gap between

graphical design and technical implementation.

● State Management: Assist in managing application state using tools like Redux,

Context API, or Vuex.

● Code Quality: Write clean, commented, and reusable code and libraries for future

use.

● API Integration: Connect the frontend logic with backend APIs using Fetch or Axios

to display dynamic data.

● Bug Fixing: Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and "cross-browser"

compatibility issues.

Technical Skills & Requirements

Skill Category Requirements

Core Languages Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less is a plus), and modern

JavaScript (ES6+).

Frameworks Minimum 6–12 months of hands-on experience with React, Vue.js, or

Angular.

Version Control Solid understanding of Git (branching, merging, pull requests).

Build Tools Familiarity with npm/yarn and basic knowledge of build tools like Vite

or Webpack.

Responsive UI Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or

Material UI.

Design Tools Ability to navigate Figma or Adobe XD to extract assets and CSS

values.

Soft Skills

● Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to debugging and finding solutions on

StackOverflow or documentation.

● Adaptability: Willingness to learn new libraries and frameworks as project

requirements evolve.

● Attention to Detail: A "pixel-perfect" mindset when translating designs to the

browser.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Year 1

● Code Review Approval: Increasing the ratio of code merged with minimal requested

changes.

● Component Reusability: Building a library of reusable UI components to speed up

future development.

● Performance: Improving "Lighthouse" scores or PageSpeed metrics for assigned

modules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
