Web & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Web & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role combines web design, graphic design, branding, social media management, and client support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's digital presence, producing high-quality marketing materials, and professionally assisting clients with their service inquiries and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the company's social media presence by designing engaging posters, videos and other marketing materials.
• Work within agreed standards and guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved.
• Design, develop, and maintain company and client's websites using WordPress and Elementor.
• Perform website updates, backups, email management and maintenance if needed.
• Creating professional branding materials, including logos, company profiles, letterheads, business cards, stamps, brochures, flyers, and other corporate identity and marketing assets.
• Basic troubleshooting if needed in the office
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
• Ability to work under pressure and perform other duties when needed.

Requirements and skills:

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating websites
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

Requirements & Qualification:

• Proven work experience as a Web and Graphic Designer in Dubai
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous works of graphic design and websites.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Advanced experience in working in MS Office, Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva & Capcut.
• Able to handle client inquiries in regards for the website and marketing collaterals.
• Attention to detail and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
