Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in creating impactful designs for digital and offline media. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-powered design applications, and must be able to translate marketing and branding requirements into compelling visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for digital campaigns (social media posts, ads, banners, emailers, landing pages, etc.).
- Develop engaging visual content for offline campaigns including brochures, flyers, hoardings, and in-store branding.
- Work with Marketing & MarCom teams to deliver brand-consistent creatives across all channels.
- Ideate and design product packaging, catalogues, and other promotional materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and creative strategies.
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short animated videos for digital campaigns (preferred).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of designs.
- Maintain a repository of brand assets, design templates, and creative archives.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in digital and print designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience with Canva and other rapid design platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools like MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar (preferred).
- Strong typography, layout, color theory, and branding sense.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
