Web & Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our team at Tradais Digital. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, a sharp eye for brand aesthetics, and the ability to create visually appealing graphics and intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to convert ideas into impactful visual designs.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create visually compelling graphics for social media, ads, banners, presentations, and branding materials.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Handle image editing, illustration, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-quality creative assets.

UI/UX Design

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on project requirements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and UI improvements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and design systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or UI/UX Designer (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, Canva, etc.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of responsive design and web standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and UI/UX projects (Mandatory).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animations.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS basics.
• Knowledge of branding and identity design.
• Experience working with digital marketing or performance-driven campaigns.
