We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Web Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of our client's website l presence. As a Web Manager, you will oversee web design, development, content management, and analytics to ensure our digital platforms are visually compelling, highly accessible, and aligned with our strategic goals. Your expertise in both creative design and technical implementation will be instrumental in elevating our online footprint.

Duties

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of website architecture to ensure seamless navigation and usability across all devices.
• Manage website content updates using content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging digital content, including graphics, motion graphics, and interactive features that enhance user engagement.
• Oversee front-end development tasks utilizing Wordpress, Figma and Elementor to create responsive and visually appealing web pages.
• Conduct regular website maintenance including performance optimization, security updates, SEO enhancements using Google Analytics 360 and other analytics tools.
• Implement web accessibility standards and usability best practices to ensure an inclusive experience for all users.
• Analyze web traffic data through tools like Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

Skills

• Expertise in digital design, interaction design, wireframing (using tools like Figma or InVision), and layout design to craft intuitive user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of web development using Wordpress
• Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual content creation.
• Experience with hosting and domains; familiarity with website maintenance and website security protocols.
• Skills in data analysis using Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to inform decision-making and optimize user experience strategies.
• Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, typography standards, responsive web design techniques, and web accessibility guidelines.
