Job Overview
Vexon India Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Web Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms
* Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Perform SEO and SEM activities to improve website ranking
* Create and manage online advertisements (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
* Monitor website traffic and marketing performance metrics
* Generate leads through online marketing strategies
* Coordinate with the content and design team for campaign execution
* Maintain and update website content
* Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements

Requirements
* Minimum qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate
* Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media
* Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and online advertising (preferred but not mandatory)
* Good communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
* Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends
