The Web Marketing Strategist has a proven track record in web merchandising, with a good understanding of how to accomplish requests across the various content management systems our clients are hosted on. They also have a proven record of creating visually appealing pages. You’re able to work with and manipulate more advanced pages with minimal intervention. Essential Responsibilities:
- Post monthly automotive incentives to client sites
- Build new landing pages for individual client promotions and content using basic SEO practices and utilizing the Auto Code Repository where applicable
- Proactively analyze and identify opportunities to implement improvements and clean up visual aspects of our clients’ sites
- Set internal meetings and send internal correspondence to move forward with website improvements that coincide with our internal website audits
- Ensure requests and tasks are completed on time and in line with the clients’ expectations. Provide follow-ups when necessary to keep all parties informed
- Implement all major creative collateral on site and ensure all looks good on the front-end of the website. This includes, but is not limited to, slides, logos, page graphics, leaderboards, banners, USP packages, etc.
- Conduct website marketing audits for Key & Enterprise level accounts
- Provide recommendations for client site improvements based on monthly health score
- Assist Senior Web Marketing Strategists when needed
- Work well under deadlines & perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work with third party support to implement changes if not able internally
- Adhere to Stream’s and Web Merch’s processes and procedures
- Ensure a 1-hour response time, 24-hour resolution per Stream’s policy
- Meet billable time tracking targets
- Proficient in Workfront and always has projects/tasks/issues up to date with progress
- Assist with scheduling organic social content in Agorapulse as needed
- Volunteer for weekend coverage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in web development/design, graphic design, marketing, communication, or similar field preferred
- 2+ years of previous experience
- Prior experience with automotive website platforms a plus
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS best practices and page creation
- Proficient understanding of how to use and navigate our various platform content management systems to make front-end website updates
- Proficient in working with various external support teams for website solutions that cannot be resolved internally
- Show proficient communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
