Responsibilities
Assist with setup and preparation of web offset presses, including loading paper rolls and ensuring proper alignment. Support the press operators by monitoring machine performance during production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal quality. Help with routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning press components and inspecting for wear or potential issues. Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process, verifying color accuracy, registration, and print consistency using color management tools. Assist in prepress activities like layout design adjustments and reviewing print files created with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Operate auxiliary equipment including CNC machines and flexo presses when required to support diverse printing projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing standards at all times.

Qualifications
Previous experience or training in printing, prepress, or manufacturing environments is preferred. Familiarity with color management techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and precision in print production tasks. Excellent teamwork skills coupled with a proactive attitude toward learning new technical skills in a fast-paced setting. Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
