About the Role

We’re looking for a Web Project Coordinator (Client-Facing) / Technical Account Manager / Key Account Manager to manage client relationships for our website development projects. This role focuses on coordinating between clients and the development team, ensuring smooth delivery of websites and long-term client satisfaction.

You will be the main point of contact for assigned clients, helping translate business requirements into clear technical direction for our web team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing relationships with web development clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Gather and clarify website requirements (design, features, timelines)
  • Coordinate with designers and developers (WordPress, Shopify, custom builds)
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to clients
  • Handle feedback, revisions, and post-launch support
  • Identify opportunities for repeat work and account growth


Requirements:

  • Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, or Project Coordinator
  • Strong understanding of website development (WordPress, Shopify, custom websites)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
  • Experience working with US/Canada clients preferred
  • Strong organizational and client communication skills
