Job Overview
The Web Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of ATR’s online store to ensure a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience. This role manages product listings, pricing, content accuracy, and website performance while coordinating closely with marketing, fulfillment, IT, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in e-commerce operations and digital optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the online store to ensure smooth functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor website performance, usability, and overall customer experience.
- Partner with Marketing to execute promotions, sales campaigns, and content updates.
- Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and conversion rates to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure product information, images, and categories are accurate, current, and well-optimized.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve website or order-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of online orders.
- Maintain relationships with vendors or partners supporting online operations.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and search performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot website technical issues in coordination with IT or development teams.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain store policies, return procedures, and customer service standards.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, branding standards, and legal requirements.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience
- High School Degree Required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in e-commerce management, digital merchandising, or online retail operations preferred.
- Experience with website CMS, product catalog management, and basic SEO principles.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, website usability, and online merchandising.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with online platforms and databases.

- Able to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and reach.
