Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external web-related technical inquiries.
• Update and manage website content via CMS (Content Management Systems) like WordPress or Drupal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues involving HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Coordinate with the global IT and design teams to implement site updates and new features.
• Monitor website performance and uptime, escalating critical technical bugs to the development team.
• Assist in SEO optimization and the tracking of web analytics to improve user engagement.
• Maintain clear documentation, including FAQs and user guides, for web-related processes.

Skills and Requirements

• Technical Support: Experience troubleshooting browser issues, link errors, and site crashes.
• CMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or custom CMS tools.
• Web Languages: Fundamental knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
• Analytics Tools: Basic understanding of Google Analytics or similar web monitoring software.
• Communication: Strong English skills (written and verbal); Arabic proficiency is highly valued in the Doha market.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field is preferred.
