Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Web & UI/UX Design Trainer located in New Delhi. The Trainer will be responsible for training students in Web & UI/UX Design principles, software tools, and techniques. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, designing curriculum-oriented lesson plans, guiding students on projects, evaluating progress, and staying updated on the latest industry trends. The role also involves mentoring students to prepare them for their professional careers in media and entertainment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

ü Conduct training sessions on UI/UX concepts, including user research, user flows, wire framing, prototyping, usability testing, and design systems.

ü Conduct sessions on HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and responsive web design.

ü Teach best practices in layout design, color theory, typography, and modern web UI standards.

ü Teach design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

ü Train students to convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.

ü Guide students in creating user-centered design solutions and building professional UI/UX portfolios.

ü Help students understand key principles like interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility.

ü Stay updated with the latest UI/UX methodologies, trends, and tools, and integrate them into the curriculum.

ü Coordinate and participate in workshops, design activities, and academic events.

Required Skills:

ü Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

ü Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other UI/UX tools. Understanding of user research methods, design thinking, prototypes, wireframes, and usability standards.

ü Industry experience in UI/UX design or a strong design portfolio.

Experience:

ü 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or teaching/training roles.

ü fresher’s with strong UX case studies and portfolio can also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
