Webflow Designer

Website Development (Primary Focus - 70% of your time)

• Build landing pages at scale - develop 5-7 pages per week using our existing Webflow component system
• Design and develop web pages that convert visitors into leads
• Create website interactions and animations to improve user experience
• Maintain blog and case study sections - update content management systems as needed
• Implement website tracking - set up Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads tracking on pages
• Optimize page performance - ensure fast loading times and mobile responsiveness
• A/B test different page elements - buttons, headlines, layouts to improve conversion rates
• Build reusable website components to speed up future page development
• Debug and fix website issues as they arise across all pages

Growth Engineering & Automation (Secondary Focus - 30% of your time)

• Build simple AI-powered workflows using tools like Zapier or Make.com
• Create basic dashboards that replace manual reporting tasks
• Develop website features like quizzes, forms, and lead magnets

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years experience in website development (Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms)
• Python knowledge or a similar scripting language for automation tasks
• Hands-on experience building responsive, conversion-focused web pages
• Growth mindset - you're not just building pages, you're solving growth challenges
• Curiosity about AI tools - comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to optimize code and create solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
