Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer and Designer to join our remote team on a contract basis. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain a responsive website for Braver Law PLLC using Webflow, ensuring seamless functionality and an exceptional user experience. You’ll collaborate with our team to bring our vision to life while adhering to best practices in web development and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a responsive, visually appealing website for Braver Law PLLC using Webflow.
  • Collaborate with our team to translate brand identity and content into a functional, professional website.
  • Optimize the website for performance, SEO, and accessibility to attract and engage clients.
  • Integrate third-party tools and APIs (e.g., scheduling or CRM tools) to enhance website functionality.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
  • Maintain and update the Webflow website as needed.
  • Stay updated on Webflow updates, web design trends, and best practices for professional service websites.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Webflow Developer and Designer (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Webflow, including custom code integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive design.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with CMS setup and management within Webflow.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate remotely with our team.
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be located in the USA.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React or Vue.js) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with integrating APIs and tools like Calendly or Zapier.
  • Portfolio showcasing Webflow projects, ideally for professional services or law firms.

Compensation

  • $40 - $55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
