Webflow Web Design Intern (Fresh Graduate)

We are hiring a Webflow Web Design Intern who is serious about learning, execution, and growth.

This is not a certificate-based internship. You will be expected to work, learn fast, and deliver.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Convert Figma designs to Webflow
• Work with HTML & CSS Advance concepts
• Build responsive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Learn Webflow best practices (structure, classes, responsiveness)
• Assist senior designers on real client projects
• Follow internal SOPs and naming conventions

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or final-year student
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Figma (basic is fine)
• Willingness to learn Webflow seriously
• Ability to follow instructions and feedback
• Consistent attendance and discipline

This internship is NOT for you if:

• You only want a certificate
• You plan to work on personal projects during office hours
• You are inconsistent or frequently absent
• You expect a full-time salary without performance

Internship Structure

• Onsite training
• Real project exposure
• Clear performance checkpoints
• Performance review after 1–3 months
• High performers may be offered a full-time role
